Aurora Dupont took a large gulp from the water cup, finally catching her breath, "Kai Piers, could you be somewhat... reliable when you speak?"
"How am I not reliable now?"
"Where exactly... is your limit when it comes to stamina?" Aurora asked, "Do you not know what fatigue is?"
"No. But, do you want to find out where my limit is? I'd like to know too."
Aurora felt like she was being choked, "I won't discuss this with you."
Kai Piers fed her another spoonful of porridge, "You were the one who started."
"I..."
Aurora didn't know what to say. She felt like she couldn't win this argument with him.
A bowl of porridge, all fed to her by Piers, spoon by spoon, personally.
"It's rare to have you serve me this much," Aurora said satisfied, "Mr. Piers' service isn't something any ordinary person could enjoy."
"I'm more than willing to serve you."
"I want an egg."
"I'll peel it for you."
Aurora saw Kai Piers carefully peeling the egg. His large hands were meant for holding pens.
