Aurora Dupont noticed his action, thought for a moment, and suddenly called out to him: "Kai Piers."
"What is it?"
"Can you hold Isaac for me, my shoelace is untied."
Kai Piers paused.
By saying this, Aurora was undoubtedly trying to decrease the distance between him and Isaac, minimizing the sense of unfamiliarity and encouraging more interaction.
She was still always thinking of him.
Isaac also heard her words and gave Kai Piers a glance. His gaze was somewhat elusive.
"Alright."
Kai Piers agreed, reaching out his hand to lift Isaac into his arms.
Isaac and he stared at each other, neither of them speaking, creating a subtle atmosphere.
Kai Piers held him with one hand while stroking the back of his head with the other, finally doing something he had long wanted to do since meeting Isaac.
Isaac did not shy away, looking at him with a pair of timid eyes.
This expression was exactly the same as when Mila Dupont first saw him.
