Upon hearing Kai Piers' words, Lissy Lock gave a series of "tsk-tsk-tsk" sounds and shook the goosebumps on her arm.
Kai didn't find it corny at all. He walked straight in: "Aurora, how come you're here? You didn't tell me in advance."
"Why should I tell you in advance?" Aurora Dupont frowned, "Isn't it my freedom to go wherever I want?"
"Of course, it's your freedom, but if I knew, I would have come to pick you up."
"Never mind. I'm here to chat with Lissy."
Kai glanced at Lissy and then stood next to Aurora, "Have you finished talking?"
"No."
"No."
Aurora and Lissy said in unison.
Kai slightly raised his eyebrows, "Then you guys keep talking. I'm just going to ... sit here for a while. Is that okay?"
"It's disturbing."
"It's disturbing."
Kai seemed to have not heard the two people's voices. He walked to the front of the couch and sat down pretending to read a magazine seriously.
He had no idea that Aurora had come to the company. He had been in a meeting.
