John Fame finally nodded.
Kai Piers let out a long sigh: "Anyway, I am alone, so it's natural for me to be busy and tired. You should accompany Lissy Lock and get ready to be a dad."
John Fame folded his arms and suddenly said, "For this attitude of yours, Kai Piers, I have something to give you."
"What?"
"You would definitely want it."
Kai Piers looked rather lax, "What is it? Unless you make Aurora Dupont come out for me. Otherwise ... there's nothing I'd definitely want."
"How do you know I can't make Aurora Dupont appear for you?"
Kai Piers was stunned, then glanced at John Fame, "Don't joke about this, it's not funny at all."
"I'm not joking with you."
Kai Piers looked at John Fame again, and suddenly his interest was piqued.
Normally, John Fame, being the person he is, wouldn't joke around, as rigid as a stone.
Although he had gained a bit of warmth from being with Lissy Lock over the past few months, as the saying goes, it's hard for one to change his nature.
