John Fame raised his eyebrows slightly, "There are other clients who you're familiar with, why didn't you help them? Why did you specifically choose Aurora Dupont?"
"I chose to, what's your problem?" Kai Piers replied, "Mr. Fame, you better get back to your office, don't waste your precious time here."
"The time you spent assisting Aurora with this client could have been used to secure a millions-worth contract for the company."
"But all the profits in the world can't compare to being able to look up and see her."
After hearing this, John Fame suddenly grinned and patted his shoulder: "Then you continue trying. However, you'll be getting married in a few days. I wonder what you'll do then."
Kai shrugged off his hand, "You just watch."
"I'm eager to see."
Kai took a glance at him then at the door, without saying anything else, he walked past John towards the exit.
John Fame turned to follow his gaze and saw Aurora and several clients walking in, chatting and laughing.
