He just looked at her.
Her eyes were clear, but detached and a little lost.
The full-length mirror reflected their figures.
Kai Piers smiled faintly, "I was just helping you let your hair down."
"I can do it myself."
He said: "You look beautiful in this dress."
"I want to change the color."
"It's too late for that," Kai said, a hint of smug satisfaction in his tone, "It would take at least two months to custom-make a new one."
"But we originally agreed on a shorter dress in white."
"We changed it later."
Aurora seemed irritated: "Who said you could change it? Did you ask for my approval? I'm the one wearing the bridesmaid dress, not you! Why are you so dictatorial?"
"This time, I was."
Aurora glared at him, then suddenly felt she didn't need to argue with him this way.
The more she interacted with him, the more Kai liked her.
But she couldn't help but be angry. What right did he have to decide the style and color of her dress? He was just the groom!
