John Fame nodded, "I don't want you to keep any secrets in your heart anymore. Be it your family background or Skye Turner, you should be clear."
"Oh... Now you want me to know all this? Weren't you keeping it well hidden before?"
Her words were both exasperating and amusing for John Fame. He bowed his head to give her a kiss, but Lissy Lock turned her head to avoid him.
"No kisses," she said, "I'm not in a good mood right now."
John Fame slightly knitted his brows: "Why?"
"Because you repeatedly used Skye Turner to hurt me, to drive me away. I care about that a lot right now."
John Fame was taken aback, "Didn't we just explain everything? How can you…"
"Yeah." Lissy Lock looked up at him, "Sure, I understand the ins and outs between you and her, but I still care. Am I being unreasonable? Happy now?"
Whenever Lissy Lock thought back on what happened, it filled her with an indescribable discomfort.
