"Alright. But remember, it was you who said it."
"Mhm."
Aurora Dupont nodded, suddenly tiptoeing and biting his lips, not too lightly, not too heavily.
Kai Piers felt her soft lips and his heart fluttered. Just as he was about to tilt his head to deepen the kiss, Aurora quickly dodged.
"All done." She asked, "Does it hurt?"
Kai Piers shook his head: "No."
Aurora Dupont didn't want to entangle with him further: "Kai Piers, let go, or the milk is really going to spill."
"I..."
"If you don't let go, I'm going to get angry."
Upon hearing these words, Kai Piers panicked and quickly let go.
Aurora Dupont immediately walked away from him.
"Alright, Kai Piers, don't agonize over loss. This is real, I am real too, and you are real, this is not a dream. Quickly go brush your teeth, okay?"
"Mhm."
Kai Piers replied, glancing at Aurora once again before shuffling to the bathroom to freshen up.
