Lissy Lock tightened her lips, looking at John Fame with some surprise.
Why would he suddenly say something like this?
Skye Turner kept staring at the situation, afraid to blink, fearing that she might miss any detail.
John Fame looked at Lissy Lock, his voice still light, "She came to apologize to you. If you step back, she steps back, isn't it a good thing?"
Lissy Lock suddenly laughed, "Why should I step back? Why should I forgive Skye Turner? Are you forcing me to forgive her now?"
"What happened in the past, let it go."
"I'm not as relaxed as you put it. I was wronged, mistreated, scared, I will never forget that feeling, let alone forget that it was Skye Turner who harmed me."
"But it has already happened, what can you do?" John Fame leaned back slightly, but his eyes never left her, "Hatred will only make you tired."
Lissy Lock replied, "But forgiving makes me even more tired."
John Fame frowned, seeming rather displeased.
