John Fame put down his pen and gazed at her indifferently, "Didn't you go to see Skye?"
"Yes, I have, and now," Lissy Lock replied, "I came straight to see you."
John Fame nodded, "What's the matter?"
Lissy Lock pouted, "Do I need a reason to see you?"
"This is a company, not home."
Lissy Lock smiled faintly, her eyes sparkling, "I haven't seen you at work for a long time, and now that I see, you look... stunning. Just like those posed photos on the covers of magazines."
John Fame twitched the corner of his mouth.
Lissy Lock's laughter was sweet and innocent.
"Spill it, what's up?" John leaned back and looked at her, "I have a lot of work to do."
Lissy Lock's hand tucked in her pocket, gripping the recording pen tightly.
