Caspian Darcy quickly covered Skye Turner's mouth, his face somewhat panicked, but... it seemed to be too late.
Instinctively, Caspian felt that Skye Turner shouldn't have said those words, at least, not in front of Lissy Lock.
And at this moment, the stone hanging in Lissy's heart finally fell.
Caspian suddenly grunted, letting go of the hand covering Skye's mouth.
Skye bit him fiercely: "Let go of me, Caspian, I ought to kill this woman!"
Lissy took a deep breath, slowly exhaled, and then managed to smile: "I'm sorry, Skye, I don't want to continue this brawl with you here."
"Don't you dare leave!" Skye yelled, "I dare you to leave!"
Lissy put her coat back on, buttoning it up tightly: "If I don't leave, I can't take the responsibility if you suffer a heart attack."
Having said that, she turned and left.
"Wait," Caspian suddenly said, "Mrs. Fame, please wait."
Lissy slowed her steps slightly, looking back at him: "What is it?"
