She didn't struggle over who was the right target anymore, since both women were tangled up with John Fame. She would target both of them.
"That's enough, there's no point in us arguing. We should focus on Lissy Lock now. She's secure in her position as Mrs. Fame."
"That's not certain," Skye Turner said, "it's a matter of time before she has to step down."
"So you're planning to wait indefinitely? Just keep waiting like this?"
"I..." Skye found herself speechless upon Nova's questioning.
"Taking the initiative is always the best strategy. By waiting, you may eventually become a sitting duck," Nova said, "And Lissy is no pushover."
Skye fully understood that Lissy was not an easy adversary.
She had had a few conversations with Lissy, and not once did she come out on top.
