John Fame looked at the beautiful figure standing at the door, raised an eyebrow, and smiled.
Kai Piers sat on the sofa like a boss, stretching his legs and sipping his coffee leisurely. "John Fame, it seems that your team is lacking manners more and more. Even basic etiquette isn't followed, knocking and entering without waiting for your permission. Is that right?" he remarked.
John Fame nodded approvingly, "You're right. Some people are spoiled with no rules. It's time to discipline them."
"Exactly..." Kai Piers agreed, then suddenly stopped mid-sentence, sensing something was amiss.
Sure enough, John Fame took on a face that looked forward to the drama.
Kai Piers glanced at him, then quickly turned his head to look towards the office door, his gaze landing on Aurora Dupont.
His body stiffened.
Aurora Dupont met his gaze in a hurry and immediately looked away, "I didn't realize you were busy, Mr. Fame. Sorry for disturbing," she apologized.
