Chapter 143 - The devoured
Darren looked at Ronan, squinting, surprised the teenager immediately by his reaction.
"I'm sure Hale is still much better than you," Darren said. He explained that when a person's experience is owned and has an environment that makes them a ruler, it doesn't mean they can brag, especially when there are much more powerful people than him.
Ronan was too rash because he thought he was better than the others, so Darren suggested that the two of them compete while honing their Mana skills so that no action was wasted. He may brag about what makes him great among the soldiers his family chooses, but there are other factors that they may try to succumb to such a Ronan figure.
Hale agrees and doesn't mind Darren's proposal, so they train and help each other. Ener and Van moved places while carrying a lot of food left. The pets came because they still needed food to see their match.
