Chapter 124 - The crispy and sweet
It didn't take long for everyone to be waiting for Darren's arrival to wait for further orders. The harvest this time was not too much, so it could be done faster than expected, the same as before. Darren divided into two groups but only worked on root removal and harvesting.
The people Darren thought were older than them were assigned to sort the good-quality fruits and vegetables, and the bad ones were placed in pre-ordered carts.
Raya asked why he did that, especially the food on the cart. Darren has his way, but for now, he doesn't want to tell Raya first. He asked if it was permissible for him to take the remnants of these fruits and sell them.
Raya didn't mind Darren's request because usually, he would throw it away or use it as animal feed. He brought several other carts to give to Raya, filled with crop residue and roots that could be used for compost or animal feed.
