Chapter 1 - The Blades

Robust Haven.

Population: 1:284 people.

That's my home town, known to be the town of the eighteen hundreds.

And also known for the least modern town, and their passionate hate for K/DA.

I hated the town with all of her passionate hate. I had to grow and make my own food and clothes, take care of a farm and do work every waking moment.

I tried to escape the work and succeeded it, running into the forest. But one day, I found something amazing, that would change my life, forever.

.....................................

"Come on, Crystal!" Hazel shouted, her voice ringing through the woods.

I panted, trying to catch up.

"I'm trying!" I yelled at her. "But I'm not a tree monkey like you!"

I climbed up, my sharp nails digging into the bark of a tree.

I reached the tree and saw Hazel looking at me the way she normally looks.

Her chestnut brown hair was in two ponytails on both sides of her head and she was rolling her hazel eyes at me.

"Look at all of this farmland." I tsked. "Dug up dirt for virgins to claw at."

"And itchy chairs for cradled housewives to sit in, like crimpled napkins." Hazel added.

I sighed and smiled at her.

"I remember the times of K/D-" Crystal started.

Hazel put her hand on Crystal's mouth.

"We don't talk about K/DA." she whispered. "Never."

I sighed. I had only heard bits of gossip about the K-pop girl group. Bad-ass females, ones who would show the world that girls don't just make babies and spit them out. I stopped myself before I would even go forward. That would be something that either Evelynn or Akali would say, the more robust and rebellious members of the team. But that was just a dream. I knew how my life would go. I would bust my back, working in the fields, take my virginity to an arrogant asshole and sit in the scratchy chairs like a grandmother for the rest of my life.

But there was nothing I could do.

Suddenly my grip loosened. I slid down the tree and crashed to the ground.

Hazel was laughing as she slid down.

"Have fun?" she asked.

I growled at her and out of the corner of my eye, I caught a violet flash.

"Hazel, I think I saw something." I said, peering in the trees.

I walked to the hollow where I saw the flash and it had a leaf canopy.

I looked around and before I could come in, two wolves blocked my path, snarling and growling at me.

.....

I stared at the wolf's yellow eyes and saw a sudden flash.

The wolf howled and let me and Hazel in.

I stared at the wolf as I walked into the hollow.

It was an empty room and full of leaves.

Crashing my way through the leaves, I tumbled down the terrain and into another hollow, filtered with sunlight.

But the strange thing was that, there were people there.

People with... K/DA gear.

I squinted at them.

Was it really true?

I looked again.

Yup, it was. T-shirts and hats, shoes and jackets and each of them was carrying a lightstick, with a purple heart.

A girl with full K/DA gear walked up to me. She had long pink hair, golden eyes and an interested look on her face.

"When did you end up in the middle of the woods?" she asked, looking interested.

I scoffed.

"Since why do you care?" I asked.

The girl laughed.

"Nobody can get past Nunu. He's a fierce wolf and would bite anyone who enters. Except for a true K/DA fan." she said.

She came closer to me.

"Have you ever felt trapped by that horrible life? Have you felt that feeling to K/DA, but cut off because of the wrinkly bastards and teacher's pets out there?" she said, her voice hardening.

I nodded, my face angry.

"K/DA is everything I love!" I shouted. "And sticking those hunter assholes up would make me happier than anything."

The girl smirked and backed up.

"Then welcome to the Blades." she said.
