Meanwhile, as Vincent leaves, a tall girl can be seen holding a large food flask in her hands, while walking towards the entrance of Vincent's house. When she arrives at the doorstep, she clicks on the bell runes that are engraved on the wall. The runes only need to be tapped and the bells will begin to ring inside the house.
Ding! Ding! Ding!
The sound of a bell ringing, reverberates throughout the whole house, causing Amelina to groan and clench her teeth in anger, while inside her room.
"I'm not expecting any visitors today, besides, the person clicking on the bell should have been intercepted by the butlers or guards." Amelina says to herself as she grits her teeth and stands up from her bed to check on the annoying visitor.
By the time she arrives at the door, she has already made up a list of swears and curses in her mind, which she plans to rain on the person who keeps clicking the doorbell incessantly.
She unlocks the door and opens it wide, ready to curse the person who disturbed her morning nap. However, when her eyes land on the person at the doorstep she becomes shocked and unable to say the swear words that were about to leave her mouth.
"Zamira!!!" Amelina blurts out and opens her arms wide to bring the person into her embrace.
The girl also smiles and replies; "Good morning, big aunt" Then she moves into Amelina's embrace.
Amelina hugs the girl tightly and pats her on her back with a huge smile on her face, even though the girl is a head and a half taller than her.
"Zamira, when did you come back to Graven? What about your mom? How could she do that to me, she left without telling me?!" Amelina laments, while her eyes tear up as she seemingly remembers the good times that she spent with her best friend, only for her to leave suddenly, without informing her.
Zamira's expression suddenly becomes sour when she hears Amelina's words, then she replies in a bitter tone, "M-my mom is dead, she died a year ago when we were attacked by bandits who dislike demi-humans, she died trying to save me" Zamira mumbles and clenches her fists hard as she remembers the horrible way her mother died.
Amelina also bites her lips hard after hearing about the disheartening death of her best friend. She once again pulls Zamira into her embrace and pats her on her back while slowly whispering into her ears.
"It's okay, Zamira, I'll take care of you. I don't know the reason your mom left with you, without telling me but I'll never let her daughter suffer. Come, let me take you inside" Amelina says as she separates herself from Zamira while urging her to follow her inside.
However, Zamira shakes her head and responds, "There's no need for that aunt, I'm now an adult, I can take care of myself. Besides, now that I'm back, I have acquired and taken over my mom's abandoned business and properties. There's no need to worry much about me. I only came to see Vincent, because I have been dying to see him after all these years!" Zamira utters in excitement and her face reddens in shame over her enthusiasm.
Amelina blinks when she hears Zamira's words, about becoming an adult, then she carefully inspects her since she had formerly been blinded by excitement.
Zamira is a vampire girl, who is 1.9 meters tall, her height is very intimidating. However, that doesn't hide her beautiful and flawless oval face, with glowing crimson eyes, and eyebrows that are shaped like crescents. Her red perky lips and pink hue skin are very similar to that of a vampire because of her constant feeding.
On her chest are two giant melons that rival Amelina's own and her backside is as wide as the pan used for mixing pastries.
Amelina nods her head in awe, after inspecting Zamira's body and she concludes that the bandits that killed her mom, were clearly after Zamira's hourglass figure, as Zamira's presence can ignite the deepest of desires in men.
She sighs then says, "At least, you should enter and have a chat with me, or didn't you miss me?" Amelina says chidinly as she grabs Zamira's hand and drags her into the living room.
When Zamira enters the living room, she blushes hard and sits on one of the sofas by the left corner of the room. She raises her head and looks at Amelina who is sitting opposite her, then she asks in a low voice.
"Big aunt, where is Vincent? I made this dish for him because I learned that it was his favorite food when we were kids. Now that I'm an adult, I hired a cook to teach me the recipes and how to cook them, I hope he will like it" Zamira says with an awkward smile. Then she tightens her grip on the flask when she remembers her rival from when she was a kid, Hilda.
Amelina nearly pukes blood after hearing Zamira's words. Then she gulps hard when she remembers how she had diarrhea the last time she ate a meal that was prepared by a vampire. She looks at the food flask in horror and begins to feel pity for Vincent, then her brain starts calculating how she can save Vincent from consuming the dish.
"Oops, I forgot to tell you, Zamira. Vincent just went out a short while ago and it wil take quite some time before he comes back home. Why don't you leave the food, I'll deliver it to him when he gets back" Amelina says, while she silently prays that Zamira will leave the food behind and not insist on delivering it herself.
Zamira bites her lips and clenches her fists till they both bleed, as she blames herself for not coming early. She sighs in disappointment as she places the food flask on the table and stands up to leave.
"Big aunt, I'll take my leave now, I have some business to attend to. Please, deliver my message to him and make sure that he eats everything" Zamira giggles and waves at Amelina while moving towards the exit. At the same time, her eyes slowly search around for Hilda's presence.
When Zamira is finally gone, Amelina dashes towards the food flask and opens it. Contrary to her expectations, she is greeted by an alluring aroma. However, that doesn't change Amelina's mind about the dangers of dishes prepared by vampires. She carries the food flask and walks out of the room to dispose of it. Then she decides to explain everything to Vincent when he comes back.
Unbeknownst to her, Savina was silently watching Amelina and Zamira's interaction with her face full of rage.
"Fuck! Fuck! Fuck! One problem is gone and another one is here! Why can't they just leave Vincent alone!" Savina grits her teeth as she grabs a flower vase and smashes it on a wall.
