"Welcome, Captain Elijah, Sir Jack, and lord Leo." Marquess greeted them the moment they came out from the carriage.
"I shall thank you for your hospitality, Marquess. I apologize for interrupting your rest." Eli said and bowed down to the marquess. Jack did the same but Leo was just rolling his eyes ignoring the Marquess.
"It's cold outside, Let's go inside, shall we?" Marquess stated and led the way.
The three of them were on their way to the said village where the most missing person was reported. Leo insists on taking shelter in the Larmaleilles' residence because he wants to check on Adelle before he leaves the capital city and also warns Adelle and Kaniz not to wander around in the upcoming days.
Despite the late announcement of their visit, the Larmaleilles residence still provides them with a comfortable room where they can rest.
