"The Supreme Sect Master System?? Is that supposed to be my golden finger?" Lin En said excitedly, he hoped tp receive a golden finger like all the protagonists he read about

"System open the newbie package."

[Congratulations to the host for receiving:

True Chaos Revolutions cultivation technique (grade: ???)

"That's a very nice start. Display my status" Lin En requested

"Huh? I'm so old? Guess I need to start cultivating to extend my lifespan lest I die before I do anything of note" Lin En muttered to himself

"System extract everything from the inventory" said Lin En in his heart

[Alright. Comencing extraction]

As soon as the systems voice sounded in his head he felt an excruaciating pain, as if every cell of his body was undergoing brutal torture.

He gritted his teeth and tried to endure

the pain. The pain subsided after a few minutes but his body still ached.

"What the hell! Couldn't you have given me some sort of warning?!" yelled Lin En angrily in his heart

There was no response from the system as expected, after all it wasn't sentient, right?

"Well, I guess I can at least start cultivating now" Lin En said as he began recalling the True Chaos Revolutions techinque.

Although the cultivation techinque was very profound, due to the system drilling the knowledge about it into his mind he knew everything a out the first level of it.

The first level required him to cultivate to the Foundation Establishment realm and grasp entry knowledge of the Wood, Gold, Fire, Earth and Water element

This sounded very intimidating but with all the items he received from the system he should be able to complete it relatively fast.

He sat on the ground in a lotus position and started guiding the Spirit Qi from outside through his meridians as decribed in the technique.

He quickly felt he was on the verge of breaking through and after one more revolution of the technique he felt Spirit Qi coursing through his meridians like a raging river. He felt like he was invincible.

He didn't stop cultivating. After breaking through to the Qi refinement realm his cultivation speed suddenly slowed down.

"What's happening? Why did my cultivation speed suddenly slow down so much?" Lin En wondered

He came to the conclusion that it was because of his low talent.

[Quest Issued

Description: How can one be a sect master without a sect? You will become a laughing stock.

Completion requirements: Build a sect hall and name your sect

Completion reward: top tier talent

Quest duration: 3 months]

"Huh, well i was going to do that anyway, now that I'm getting a reward I might as well start building it now" Lin En said as he started to search the mountain peak for a suitable location for his sect.

After some searching he found a perfect location, a small clearing in the forest right next to a cliff and a waterfall.

"Perfect, this is where my legend will start!" after having his otaku moment Lin En started gathering the material for the sect hall and using his entry knowledge of the Builder profession he started building a humble sect hall.

After two months the sect hall was complete, although modest looking it was the size of a football field and built entirely from finely cut stone. If those old monsters hiding in the world knew that he used a divine grade sword shard to cut ordinairy stone they would probably strangle him to death.

Of course he didn't neglect his cultivation as he progressed to the third level of the Qi refinement realm. But as he progressed further his speed got slower and slower. Currently his cultivation was progressing at a snails pace so he was anxious to complete this quest and get the reward.

"Good, now that the sect hall is built I have to name the sect. I know. This sect will be known as the Hidden Dragon sect. Every member will be a true powerhouse that can shock the world if they revealed their strength." As Lin En finished his monologue the systems voice sounded once again.

[Quest Completed!

The rewards have been sent to your inventory host]

"Great, finally I can cultivate normally" excitedly said Lin En

This time Lin En prepared for the pain that came with the extraction and sat down on the sect master seat in the sect hall.

"System begin extraction of the top tier talent" ordered Lin En.

After a few minutes of his meridians, bones and body being painfully refined and improved the pain subsided and he could feel the improvements.

"This feeling... I feel like I can reach my current cultivation from scratch in a week at most" he said, feeling amazed

"System show me my status" said Lin En

[Status

Name: Lin En

Race: Human

Age: 85/109

Talent: Top tier

Cultivation: third level of the Qu refinement realm

Cultivation technique: True Chaos Revolutions

Physique: Primordial Astral

Disciples: none

Equipment: Primordial sword (shard x1)

Professions: Mortal professions knowledge (entry level)]

"Ahh this is nice. I could live like this forever." Just as Lin En was thinking of cotinuing his days cultivation and relaxation the systems voice sounded again.

[Quest issued!

Description: How can a sect have no disciples? You will become a laughing stock

Completion requirement: recruit a disciple with a high tier talent or higher

Completion reward: Sect library

Quest duration: 1 month]

"Huh? Another one? Well I guess having just a sect hall and a sect leader isn't enough to be a true sect" Lin En realised he had been foolish in his dreams of relaxation and peaceful cultivation. After all how could he be both the greatest sect leader and live a peaceful life in this violent world, this is a world ruled by the law of the jungle. The strong prey on the weak.

And so Lin En decided to head down the mountain to the nearest town, called the Black Mountain town, in search of his first disciple.
