Clarize took a deep breath and rolled down her window slightly.
"I'm sorry, but I don't know what you're talking about," she said calmly, trying to diffuse the situation.
Raymart leaned in closer to the window. "Don't play dumb with us. We know you fabricated that story about me, and that's why I have unnecessary issues with the company I'm working with and even my wife's name has been dragged because of your lies."
Clarize shook her head. "I swear I didn't fabricate anything. I am living my life now; don't you ever accuse me!"
Marigold scoffed. "We don't demand that you just deny what you did. You need to retract the story and issue a public apology. Or just tell us who's behind the news!"
Clarize sighed. "I'll look into it, but I can't promise anything."
Raymart crossed his arms. "You better make it right, or else we'll take legal action."
