Cheche tried to clear her mind of all Dylan-related thoughts. She imagined him as a nobleman or a gentleman ever since she first saw him in the garden. However, hearing the conversation in the library earlier had made her doubt Dylan's identity.
"Whatever, 85 percent of rumors turn out to be false later," she said, shaking her head, but she was stopped by someone. She was shocked to see a former high school classmate named Christian.
"Long time no see, Cheche. You're still annoying to look at, and you're still frowning as if you owned all of the country's major problems," Christian teased her.
"What exactly do you want? Likewise, you haven't changed. You're still annoying. Your entire existence annoys me," Cheche retorted sourly. Christian was a thug in high school and had rowdy friends on their campus, but he still appreciates her because she and his parents were neighbors and friends in their town.
