"Don't you love him the way he loves you?" Axel asked, he had closed his laptop. Conversations like this don't deserve to be taken.
"I think he suits you, Anna. After all, you and Edward have understood each other since childhood, he is just like me who always puts you first before anything else, what else do you doubt?" Axel continued when Anna didn't speak.
Anna let out a long breath. "I still haven't thought about it, still don't want to think about it."
"And I'll be free from Daddy's insistence if you and Edward unite. Let you give Daddy a grandson." Axel's words ended in laughter. Anna laughed too.
"Are you done?" Anna asked.
"Well, that's that then."
"Let's go back to the room."
"Come on."

Finally, Monday is back, the busiest day of the week. A day where you have to go through a lot of meetings, a lot of planning, and much more.
Today, in the Emperor Group's meeting room, a routine meeting is being held.
"Why just no material today? What have you been doing all this time? It's the end of the allotted time and you guys are still relaxing?" Axel exclaimed as the leader of the meeting.
"Sorry, Sir. We will be finishing this Longest project Design soon." Said one of the meeting members.
"Will? You said you would? You should have known today's meeting would be about this project. Since you haven't prepared it you've wasted my time." Axel's exclamation echoed throughout the room. over. No one else dared to move let alone raise a voice if Axel had been so angry.
"Um, Sir. Maybe Manager Ronald has his reasons, how about we let Manager Roland do the talking." Anna's voice broke the tense atmosphere.
"No! I don't accept excuses. Before four o'clock in the afternoon, you must submit a completely mature design, which does not require any further revision." Axel's orders were absolute.
"Okay, Sir." Reply Ronald shakily.
"The meeting is adjourned to eight o'clock tomorrow morning, everything must be ready."
"Okay, Sir." The meeting members said in unison.
"Now you can leave."

Brack!
Axel opened the door to his room with a loud bang, causing a loud bang.
Anna and Edward followed Axel to their boss's room.
"Tsk! You shouldn't be this angry, Ax, it's just—"
"Just what?"
Edward's sentence was cut short by Axel quickly.
"Don't talk nonsense in front of me. I manage this company, making Emperor progress, not with someone like him who can't finish his work on time. I don't forgive being late." Axel said still with emotion.
"Don't be so callous."
"Too callous? Tch, if I wanted I could fire him right now." Axel replied with a sneer. Edward was about to answer again but Anna tapped Edward's shoulder lightly, stopping him.
"Sir, if I may I will go to the architectural department responsible for the Longest project to review the progress of the performance there," Anna said.
"What for? Do you want to help them? Just let them do the work themselves."
"Sorry in advance, Sir, but please don't be stubborn this time. Isn't the Lion Group coming tomorrow for a meeting to discuss Longest? If our design isn't ready, the Lion Group will likely look for another architecture. Please put your company first."
Everything Anna said made sense and was true, Axel should be more concerned with his company than his emotions. Axel let out a shaky breath.
"All right. Please help take care of it, do whatever you think is right. I'm still waiting until four o'clock in the afternoon." Axel said in the end.
"Okay. Director Axel, Manager Edward, then I'll excuse myself." Anna bowed politely.
"Spirit to work hard, Anna," Edward exclaimed, Anna just nodded then continued her steps out through the door.
"You relax for a bit, four o'clock is still long, I'm sure Anna will finish it," Edward said after Anna died.
"I don't doubt Anna either."
"You are lucky many times over because you have Anna in your family, you have Anna as your secretary, and you have Anna in the trough of your heart. Anna is the perfect girl, is she a God-sent gift to you?" Edward chattered.
"Yeah, maybe she's a boon to us," Axel replied.
Edward chuckled. Edward didn't mean that, but Edward was sure Axel was just pretending he didn't understand what Edward meant.
"Never mind, I'm going to the Greenland construction site, I have an appointment with Mr. Harvey."
"Is it about to start?"
"Yes. Mr. Harvey asked me to come over to discuss the few remaining things." Edward.
"Okay, be careful. I think they set a trap, don't be too proud to be given kindness." Axel warned.
"Relax, I can handle everything."
"Good. Then go."
"Okay. I'll be back soon. I'm also looking forward to Ronald's work." Edward concluded with a chuckle.
"Hmm."
"Oh yes, Ed."
"What is it?" Edward asked, stopping his movement as he was about to turn the doorknob.
"If you need Anna's help you can take her whenever you need her," Axel said. Edward raised an eyebrow not understanding what Axel said.
"Yeah, just think of it as an approach for you guys. So you guys can trust each other." Axel added explaining.
"Tsk, how dare you think about this kind of thing?"
"I'm just giving you advice, if you don't want to take the chance I'm giving you that's up to you," Axel said nonchalantly, shrugging his shoulders.
"I'll consider it, thank you."
"Hmm."

"Manager Roland, may I see the concept you came up with?" Anna asked.
"Oh, secretary Anna." Ronald was a little surprised by Anna's sudden arrival.
"Oh, I'm sorry I startled you, Manager Roland."
"No-no. I happen to be too focused on my work." Anna nodded.
"Is this a concept you came up with, Manager Ronald? Let me see so I can help."
"Michelle, please help me pass the copy to secretary Anna," Ronald asked his teammates.
"Please, Secretary Anna." Michelle gives Ronald the copy he asked for.
"Erm yeah, this is good, let me add some input," Anna said.
"We would love to have your input, Secretary Anna." Then Anna gave directions, gave input, then they discussed the Longest design until it was mature and ready to be deployed.
Basically, Ronald was able to work on the proposal with his teammates, but happened to be having trouble with something so he couldn't finish it on time. It happened when the draft they had prepared suddenly disappeared. As a result, he was hit by a spray from the director.
"Manager Ronald, I have conveyed everything I need to convey, please study this material carefully, tomorrow morning we have a meeting with the Lion Group."
"I understand, Secretary Anna, I will work hard. I will not anger the Director again."
Anna nodded. "I know you and your team can do it, Manager Ronald."
"Thank you for your trust, secretary Anna."
"That's what you deserve." Reply to Anna.
"If everything is ready you can report to the Director, the sooner the better."
"Okay, Secretary Anna," Ronald said politely.
"Then I'll go first, Manager Ronald, Michelle, and the others I'll excuse myself."
"Thank you again, secretary Anna," Ronald said.
"Thank you, secretary Anna." Add another.
Anna nodded. Then she stepped out of the department.
Fortunately, this one business has been resolved. Anna didn't want to see Axel scolding her employees like that again.
If Ronald wasn't tough, he might have been down because of the pressure, but fortunately, one of the requirements to become an employee of the Emperor Group is someone tough and resilient.
