"He may be of Central Earth descent, but he's not a Central Earth citizen," the young man earnestly said, looking at the documents on the table, "his nationality belongs to a small nation south of the Tia Empire.
"He traveled alone to Feklay with little money on him and stayed in a cheap hotel near the notoriously unsafe Pine Forest Street.
"His personality is rather careless too; he once told a taxi driver that his trip would last seven days, and today happens to be the seventh day. In theory, he should be leaving Feklay today.
"If he 'disappears' today, no one would notice his absence."
The young man looked up at He Ao. "If he has not 'disappeared' yet, then I think he's the most likely candidate in this pile of documents to 'vanish'. Those people like targets like him."
