He Ao crouched down, looking at a patch of dried, dark red at his feet.
He reached out to touch it, it was a bloodstain.
"Captain?"
Ye Feng looked toward He Ao, calling out softly.
Underpants Superman, witnessing this scene, appeared quite confused, unsure of what to do. After hearing Ye Feng's call, he quickly reacted, turning his attention to He Ao, as if instantly finding his anchor.
"First, let's explore the cabins on the deck. Pair up and don't split up."
He Ao slowly got to his feet, signaling Ye Feng to lead the way, with himself and Underpants Superman following on either side of Ye Feng.
The three formed a triangle as they moved forward.
In this formation, no matter from which direction an assault came, He Ao could provide the fastest support to the other two.
Ye Feng was quite disciplined. He did as He Ao directed, and with evidently more experience than Underpants Superman, it was appropriate for him to take point.
