He Ao looked at the dictionary in his hand, made with a hard paper cover, its flamboyant title written in the script of the First and Second Districts, and he slowly flipped open the cover.
The first thing that caught his eye was a piece of paper filled with First District script, seemingly the foreword of the dictionary. He Ao directly turned to the second page.
The second page contained the foreword in the Second District language, authored by someone called 'Veisen', who, judging by the introduction at the bottom of the page, appeared to be a master linguist, and the main editor of the book.
