When I read it I was amazed to discover that my world was created by Shen Lon, even Koneko was shocked to discover the truth of the world she lived in.

When I read this part I was stunned, I never imagined that the omniverse was created by a person by mistake, even Koneko thought the same as me.
Kamisora Reo "then discovering his mistake made a copy of himself and sent him to administer the omniverse in order to maintain order in all the Universes, but even so it was not easy for him and so he had to make a decision difficult, that is, to isolate Universes or Worlds that they havecommitted sins that went against the laws he had created.
