Shotaro was strolling, intending to lock the door when a handsome man suddenly held the main door of the cabin with a suspicious gesture. A handsome man with a height of one hundred and seventy-three centimeters dressed in a casual suit and covered with a winter coat was attractive with maroon hair, sharp eyes with two bright green eyeballs, and thin lips with colored pink-salmon.
Mark was stunned. "Wh-who are you, Dude?"
Shotaro swallowed his saliva hard at that moment, his hands even shaking when he grabbed the doorknob in front of him. While the handsome man couldn't help but smile, with a smile that was so seductive, he looked at Lavelle. I don't know what this captivating man wants at this time. What is clear is that Shotaro and Mark truthfully look powerless in front of that man. Daniela could only hold Lavelle's hand so tightly at that time. Mark slowly stepped forward and opened the door in a super-duper slow motion. Then his eyes met with the attractive man's eyes.
"What are you doing here, sir?" Mark asked quietly.
"I just want to meet a lovable girl named Lavelle," the handsome man replied.
"Lavelle?" Mark glanced at Lavelle with a questioning look that was so hard to define.
"Yeah, I met her because I'm her future husband," the handsome man pressed.
Everyone in the cabin looked surprised, especially Daniela, who did not know that Lavelle had a new partner after breaking up with Kelvin a few months ago. However, Lavelle looks like a laughable girl who doesn't know what happened that night. She just let go of Daniela's grip and strolled towards Mark, who was still stunned in the doorway with Shotaro.
"Honey, do you intend to kick me out again? This is the umpteenth time I've tried to see you, and you kicked me out," the attractive man asked Lavelle.
Lavelle frowned, then asked the attractive man, "Who are you, sir?"
"Ah...gosh, did you forget me that fast, hm? Why do you always sulk and suddenly get angry for no apparent reason, huh? I know I've been a bit busy lately, but you always misunderstand me. By the way, why? You left home, and it really bothers me to go down such a destructive pathway? And why did you forget your future husband so shortly?" asked the handsome man.
Lavelle was stunned when she saw the beautiful eyes of the attractive man, then shook her head quickly as if to deny the accusation of the attractive man, then she quickly scratched the back of her neck that didn't itch.
"I just--"
"I knew from the start that the antidepressants and anxiolytics you were taking had a pretty severe effect," said the handsome man again.
Daniela replied, "Oh my gosh, do you guys have a special relationship?"
"Of course. And by the way, can I come in, sweetie?" The handsome man confirmed, then looked into Lavelle's eyes gently.
Lavelle could only nod in resignation, and then the handsome man slowly entered the living room from the cabin with sharp eyes that continued to explore without stopping. This made Mark, Daniela, and Shotaro feel an oddity in the handsome man. Even Daniela still looked at the attractive man with an uncomfortable look.
"Has Lavelle never introduced myself to all of you?" The handsome man smiled. "Of course, I expected it. Lavelle is a girl with a shy personality that is difficult to define in words, and I know that it is complicated, to be honest, especially with her closest friends. Not surprising, for such a fragile person."
"So, is it true that you are Lavelle's future husband? What's your name?" Daniela intimidated the attractive man with her murderous gaze.
"You can call me Theophile, I am a handsome and fascinating young businessman," replied the attractive man who introduced himself as Theophile.
"Theophile? I've never heard your name from Lavelle," Mark said, "And where are you from?"
"As I said before, Lavelle is a girl who has a personality that is very difficult to describe in words, looks so childish, and gets furious easily. However, for some reason, I was crazy about her. If you ask me where I'm from, I'm of French and English blood," Theophile explained as he folded his legs beautifully in front of them all.
"That sounds a bit plausible. However, were you the one who brought the squirrel carcass? Do you have a significant enough reason to answer me this time, Sir?" asked Daniela.
"Don't be so awkward with me, guys. I'm your best friend's husband-to-be and well ... I indeed brought the squirrel carcass because I thought I couldn't possibly visit you empty-handed," Theophile replied.
Daniel smirked. "What kind of young businessman who visits his future wife and brings a squirrel carcass, huh? Don't you have enough money to bring her something more appropriate?"
Shotaro suddenly became nauseous and wanted to throw up when he heard the explanation from the man named Theophile. As uncommon to eat food that is very strange to hear, even eating squirrel carcasses that he has never touched.
"Actually, I intended to bring some food supplies or a few bottles of Lavelle's favorite wine but, I think since I'm meeting her for the first time and going through this scary wilderness, I can't carry it alone," said Theophile.
"Wait a minute, how did you know this place?" asked Lavelle.
"Why are you looking at your handsome husband-to-be with such a suspicious gaze, sweetie? Is there something wrong with my face and appearance?" Theophile asked Lavelle back, then stood up and looked around his body.

As morning approached, Mark and Shotaro were surprised by Theophile, who had been busy breaking some large logs that Lavelle and Daniela had brought home yesterday. The golden ax he was using at that time looked so shiny even though the sun had not yet reached the courtyard of the cabin. It was clear that the two teenage boys were bewildered to see Theophile chopping wood in a matter of minutes, although in retrospect that was highly unlikely. Like a superhuman possessing secret powers, Theophile has cut several hundred logs without breaking a sweat.
"Dude, instead of you guys sitting around up there, you'd better help me carry these logs inside. For the fireplace when the air is cold," said Theophile when he realized the two teenage boys in front of him were engrossed in talking to him.
Mark was surprised and immediately replied, "All right, I'll help you."
Mark and Shotaro rushed down a little awkwardly and then arranged a few pieces of wood on a strong rope. Every now and then he noticed Theophile was still chopping the other wood.
"Is there something wrong with my face? You've been looking at me like a ghost," mumbled Theophile.
"Sorry, I didn't mean it that way. It's just ... Aren't you tired of chopping wood like this?" Mark looked at Theophile's face.
"I'm used to doing this, guys. No big deal, you guys can help me carry the logs inside. Because soon it will be night," Theophile said.
"Okay, I'll help you," replied Mark. And without thinking, the two of them immediately lifted the log into the cabin with the help of a rope. On the other hand, Lavelle and Daniela, who had just returned from the forest to look for some fresh fruit, noticed other oddities around the cabin. Namely, there were several horse-drawn carriages that were about to go to the cabin along with a group of people dressed in black.
"What the hell is this?" said Daniela with a shocked face.
"I dunno, but why so many horse-drawn carriages? Where do they all come from?" replied Lavella.
Several of the carriages stopped when they saw Tristan turning his head, opposite Lavella and Daniela, who looked confused. Theophile gave a faint smile, then put down his ax carelessly, and walked slowly towards the horse carriage.
"Y'all arrived on time, bring the food inside," said Theophile like a leader.
"Yes sir. I also brought some clothes that Master requested earlier."
"Good, hurry up!"
"Yes, Sir." Tristan glanced at Lavella slowly, then smiled faintly.
"Honey, just leave the basket for them to take inside. The basket looks too heavy for you to carry alone."
"Not. It's not as heavy as you think," mumbled Lavelle.
"Don't ignore my orders, honey. I don't want you to get tired and fall sick again," Theophile said in an even tone, even his green eyes flashed again.
"But, I just-"
"Put down the basket and enter the cabin," said Tristan for the umpteenth time.
In a matter of seconds, Lavelle could only put down the basket containing the fruit, then slowly stepped into the cabin, followed by Daniela looking confused at Tristan and Lavella.
"She looks so good, her blood smells sweet like a red rose that grows in the desert, and she will be mine forever."
