Cherish Turner hugged the thermos and softly said, "The day Anthony left, I was in school. I always regretted not being able to spend more time with him. Grandpa Griffith is like an old child, stubborn but kind-hearted. I'm really happy to be able to accompany him now."
William Griffith fell silent, and then asked, "Do you miss your mom and dad?"
"You mean the Mother Turner and Father Turner of now?"
William nodded.
Cherish stared into the distance, her smile nostalgic, "It's impossible to say that I don't miss them. William, do you know? My dad was really great, and my mom was beautiful and cooked delicious food. So many children liked to come to our house to play, they praised my mom, and I felt so proud and happy. My parents were the best in the world. Although they are gone now, it's okay. I will live well and not let them worry."
"And..." Cherish paused and sweetly continued, "I have you now."
