By the time we left the house, no light from the lamps was needed to illuminate the streets.
We took a taxi to the airport, which we reached almost an hour later. As we had planned, the sixteen BoodieGames employees met outside the terminal. Once everyone arrived, we stepped inside and went through more checks than I expected. Most of it was tedious.
Finally, we sat down in front of our gate. Now, we just needed to kill one hour before we could board the plane.
All we did was talk about the game, but the conversation only lasted a couple of minutes at most. It made sense since most of us were sleep-deprived.
We ran out of topics ten minutes later. It was nice to have a moment to close my eyes and try to take a quick nap. However, Kyōko had other plans.
"Let's take a look around," she said.
I lazily opened my eyes and she stood in front of me.
"Good idea," Sachiko replied
"Why not?" said Jun.
"I'm in," Tetsuya added.
