Unlike last time, Atamco contacted us again the very next day. Like last time, they had many things to say about the demonstration build they played, mostly about the gameplay. We expected all of their complaints since we hadn't polished it that much, so it was nice to see that we were able to identify all of the problems on our own.
The movements of the player were sluggish while the combat tried to be fast-paced, leading to the player not being able to dodge attacks or take advantage of the enemies' vulnerabilities.
Fulfilling the needs of the NPCs quickly became tedious because they wouldn't stop asking for resources. Jun and I noticed this a month before the deadline, but we couldn't convince Mr. Yutaka and Mr. Yoshihiko to change it. Now that Atamco had the same complaint, there was no reason for them to keep refusing. Even then, they didn't seem happy about it since they were worried the mechanics would become boring.
