Franklin was a man who went through many hardships and struggles before he finally died at the age of 30.

Franklin's family lived in poverty, he never had a home because his family gave him away when he was a year old to a group of people called the [Federation of Science] for a couple thousand dollars.

The Federation of Science's main goal for outsiders was to create the "Perfect Human".

But little did everyone know that The Federation of Science was actually a Front for something even more sinister.

The people who made [The Federation of Science] use this a method of saying "Support us as we work toward the betterment of Humanity" to get test subjects from all over the world from poverty stricken families for "The benefit of human science."

Most people didn't agree and wanted to go against this but there was nothing they could do because the Government supported these tests. All they could do was hold their tongues and keep going on with their day.

But the real reason that The Federation of Science ran experiments on all these people is so they can create a army, their army is made of mutants that have powers such as |Super Speed|, |Super Strength|, |Infrared Vision|, and |Eagle Vison| plus many more.

The Federation of Science created this army in the hopes of overthrowing the world powers and establishing their own reign of power.

Franklin who had been sold to these people had no Idea.

As a child he grew up in a small Prison cell hidden in a deep underground bunker far away from human society he only got 2 meals a day and a cheap bed with a thin mattress and a cotton pillow with barely 3 handfuls of cotton in it that could fit in Franklin's hands, and even that wasn't a lot because Franklin was a kid that wasn't even 5 yet.

Franklin wasn't a big person he was quite small for anyone in fact when he was 18 his top height was only 4ft 5 inches then later in life he reached 4ft 9inches at 30 years old. (The experiment extends everything about a person even their growth and the length of time that their growth takes.)

The Federation of Science treated Franklin poorly and the scientists even beat him occasionally whenever one of their experiments failed.

Then one day when he turned 8 everything changed from a peaceful life in a cell to a hellish life.

Franklin woke up to the loud banging of the cell door slamming open *Bang* "Patient-378 Come with me its your time to actually be useful for a change."

Franklin jumps up immediately because he has learned that its best not to keep the people in white coats waiting.

He scurries over to the man in the white coat and they leave the cell and go to a place that Franklin has never seen before and this place has a polished white floor that if you stare at it too long looks as if somebody is shining a flashlight in your eyes.

Soon they reach a white steel door and Franklin see the man in white walk up to a small square box with digits and press in some numbers.

Franklin didn't pay attention because he doesn't wish to be caught staring and be beaten again so he just glances away.

The Scientist who was secretly glancing at Franklin with the corner of his eye chuckles and says "For a waste of space you sure are smart kid. Hell you might even upgrade from useless piece of shit to a less useless piece of shit."

After the man presses the confirm button they enter the room and what Franklin sees is a bed with 5 metal restraints and a table with weird looking tools on it.

At the side of all this is a Cylinder with a reddish color with tubs inside and a Human in it that looks no less that 8 years old connected to the tubes.

Soon the scientist gets on the radio once he sees this as well and uses radio.

Scientist says "Didn't I tell you to remove the damned body for the next experiment! Get your asses down here now!"

Soon 3 people walk in with collars around their necks and press a few buttons on the console connected the the cylinder glass cage and the liquids soon clean out and they pick the body up who Franklin assume to be dead because he is unmoving and used like a ragdoll and they put him in a garbage bag and take him outside.

After Franklin hears them leave Franklin hears the doctor say "Damn useless mutants. Can't even follow simple directions the first time."

The Scientist then looks at Franklin and says "Get the fuck on the bed what are you waiting for you dumbass."

Franklin immediately gets on the bed and lays down with his head pressed down against the bed and the scientist activates the restraints to hold him down and once that is all done Franklin feels a thin needle pressed down on his skin and sees the scientist smiling at him with a sinister grin.

The Scientist says "Don't worry this will only hurt a bit hahaha."

Then the Scientist presses a button and a machine injects the liquid into his blood stream after about a minute or 2 the effect kicks in and the chemicals enter his heart.

Franklin starts thrashing around on the table screaming "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! IT HURTS PLEASE MAKE IT STOP! AHHHHHHHH!"

Soon Franklin faints from the pain.

When he is out cold the scientist places him into the cylinder glass chamber and the giant cylinder chamber fills up with green liquid. (The red liquid in the other patients test tube was blood from the experiment becoming a failure.)

Soon after a few days Franklin starts absorbing the green liquid at an alarming rate and he wakes up and this comes as a big shock to the scientist and the scientist mutters to himself "Well I'll be damned that useless shit survived hahaha."

Then the scientist drains the watery mixture in the tube and opens the Cylinder to let Franklin drop to the ground.

Franklin falls out then starts coughing violently while gasps for air. (Franklin absorbed the green mixture in the liquid which then leaved water.)

Soon Franklin stops and starts breathing more normally.

The scientist says "Congrats you piece of shit you can become useful to the world once more!"

Then the Scientist begins making Franklin do tests such as strength test and running then vision and body coordination an to the Scientists surprise everything is off the charts.

The Scientist says "Yes! Thank you so much you less piece of shit you just got me a raise!" then the Scientist quickly leads Franklin back to his cell and instructs him to sleep then the scientists walks off.

Soon once they are sure that Franklin is asleep they and slip a narcotic into his mouth wait a few minutes to make sure its working then lift his head up and sticks a explosive chip in the back of his head and leave without Franklin ever knowing any of this until later."

Soon 20 years later Franklin has grown up into the most fear Mutant in the History of Earth and The Federation of Science has taken over 95 percent of the planet the only country left is Russia.

Soon 2 years later Russia is taken as well and the only threat seen by The Federation of Science is one man this one man has taken the lead and taken control of every country in the world that The Federation of Science has met difficulties with and has always been their ace.

They decide in their headquarters "He must die its too big of a risk to keep him alive! I mean what if he figures it a way to remove the chip then attacks us? Who would be able to stop him? There is only one way to end this all and guarantee our reign lasts forever! And that is to kill Patient-378! All in Favor!?"

"I Agree!"

"I Agree."

"Me as well."

"Me too."

"Yes I agree with that statement as well."

soon once everyone has agreed they lure Franklin to an unknown base in the world and before her gets there they evacuate everyone there. Once Franklin arrives he goes to the meeting room and sees no one.

Franklin questions himself "Where is everyone maybe they just haven't arrived yet I should wait." Deep down Franklin knows somethings wrong but denies it.

As Franklin is siting down in once of the comfy meeting room chairs The Federation of Science lock onto his position with a nuclear missile and fire. and they use the chip as a tracking device since they realized that that explosion probably wouldn't be enough to kill him they decided to just make sure that he gets blown to atoms.

The nuke hits and Franklin dies without even knowing what happened and he wakes up in an unknown part of the world in a alleyway 30 years before he died and realizes "I went back in time but what's this I still have all my powers and I don't have that damn chip anymore. I'm also in my 18 year old body. Maybe I can start my life fresh and get a clean start or maybe I should focus on revenge. Eh I'll do both fuck it."
