Chapter 560 - The Thief Game by Phairis (Pokémon)

*This story is most likely dropped, but the premise is super cool. So I'm posting it anyway.*

Latest update:May 16, 2017(Dropped?)

Summary:"If you can steal one of my Pokemon I've left with the professor, complete the Gym Circuit, and manage to not get arrested, I'll let you keep the Pokemon you've stolen," he said, a dishonest smirk creeping up his face. I decided to play-along with it, "So, what happens if I do get caught?" The grin seemed to stretch even further, if that was possible. "Then it's game over."

Mattias Ink was bored.

Arceus knows trouble is about to be ensued when that happens. Matt had been working on a certain scheme for several weeks now, and he was certain this would be his ticket out of the unexciting, repetitive, and mundane life that had become his existence. A wicked grin spread across the young trainer's face as he thought about it. Yes, this was going to be remembered for a long time. By not only him, but also the others this plan would involve of course. Maybe even the whole region.

Oh, oh, oh, this was going to be fun.

He had relayed his plan to his pokémon a couple of days ago. Ansel had disagreed of course, but that was the alakazam for you. He was always disapproving of Matt's methods nowadays… And it was said that starter pokémon were the most loyal. It was disappointing, but, that's okay. He had his other pokémon. Hans found it amusing though. He was glad. He liked his plan too. The others had been mostly indifferent about it, even Ciza, who was the father of the pokémon he was going to use. Then again, it was Ciza. The others however, he wasn't so sure why they didn't care. He was going to need their help too after all.

The only thing he needed now was the child he could use to be the trainer. Matt had one in mind, one that seemed perfect for the job. He had been watching him for a week now. He even had his to-be-name written down, Spencer Pierre. It was an alias, of course. Matt didn't know the boy's real name. Not yet, that would ruin everything. However, that's what the trainers' card in his hand said. (Matt had it specially prepared just for him.) Therefore, it must be right. That was Spencer. Or would be anyways. Matt had come up with the name by himself, but the boy needed a false name for what he had planned for him anyways.

Yes. Matt wouldn't be bored for much longer. Soon he would have 'Spencer' playing his little, thief game.

Oh, what fun.
