In Vire Village on Rudolf's first day of training, he practiced using a sword with iron weights on his ankles.
Glenn looked at Rudolf carefully, he paid attention to Rudolf's posture, body shape and way of holding the weapon. He thought 'Looks like this kid really wants to go on adventures. Before he met me, he must have trained a lot with the village guards.'

The second day of training, Rudolf prepared to leave the house to head down a waterfall which was located quite far from the village. Before leaving, he said goodbye to his family.
"Son, take good care of yourself and don't forget to eat. May the light take care of you." said Rudolf's mother with tears in her eyes.
"Mom, I'm not going to war, just training a little hard. It won't be dangerous, and I will always remember your words."
Rudolf's father just stared at his son in silence. After a while, he said "Goodbye, practice properly and don't argue with Glenn's words. Your training will be challenging, son."
"Yes, father. I will remember what you said." replied Rudolf while looking at his father. "All right then. Father, Mother, I'll go and take good care of you guys too." continued Rudolf as he went to Glenen who was already waiting in front of the Grush family's house.
"I'm leaving my son in your care, Glenn. Please take good care of him." Rudolf's mother said to Glenn.
"Of course, Rosa. Your child will only have a slightly challenging journey, Hahaha." Glenn replied with a laugh.
"We go." said Glenn and Rudolf while waving at Rudolf's parents.
Slowly, the silhouettes of Glenn and Rudolf disappeared past the village gates into the forest. Rudolf's father looked at the silhouettes of the two of them and turned his gaze to his wife, he saw his wife shedding tears maybe because their little Rudolf who was always close to his parents finally went far from the village for the first time, he hugged his wife and said "Don't be sad, dear. I sure when he comes back our little Rudolf will be a strong man".
Meanwhile, Glenn and Rudolf moved into the depths of the Groot forest, a vast forest that divided the eastern and western regions. once Rudolf was tired, they rested. when they rest, Glenn will tell a story about the country and other common knowledge.
"The kingdom that controls your village, the Crown Kingdom, is a country that upholds justice and peace so the area around here will not have bandits." Glenn told Rudolf.
After moving for 3 days, they finally arrived at a large waterfall in the middle of the Groot forest.
"Get ready, this is going to hurt a little." Glenn said with a slight smirk.
