Agatha fell to the floor, shortly after Alika and Devan left the house. His body was limp and powerless. Facing all of Alika's questions, she has to make tough decisions.
Either what he said was for Alika's sake, or it was all from his subconscious. Does he still hope for Devan's love? Was that what he was feeling right now, or was this all just a dream?
Agatha also felt ashamed of herself, "Why did I say that? Why did I let Alika call him Daddy?"
He even made a table as an outlet for his anger for being stupid in front of his daughter. In fact, he didn't really mean to ask Alika to call Devan Dad. However, why did the word have to leave his lips?
"You idiot! Why does this kind of problem have to come now?"
Agatha cursed herself for saying stupid things that she didn't really need to do just to make Alika happy. Right now all he should be thinking about is how can he protect Alika from the snares of Orion and his followers?
