WALKING down the familiar pathway of Konoha, a pair of misty blue eyes looked around her surroundings with a flare of fondness.
Nooro watched the Villagers enjoy their day, the streets filled with laughters and chatters. Children running around with each other, smiling with childish grins on their faces as the adults' dealt with other things such as bills, chores etc.
The young girl fits in neither categories, she wasn't a little kid running around with her friends nor did she have to carry the pressure of reality on her shoulders.
She was just there.
Walking past the multiple shops, yells of burgains filled the air mixed with the lively chatters of the Villagers.
Her sandals making faint thuds as she strolled past all the familiar faces she seen everyday. "Ah, Nono-chan! Heading to school already?"
And one of the familiar faces, just so happens to belonged to an elderly lady named Chiro Higakuru. She would usually be seen taking a stroll through the shops, just like Nooro does on a daily basis, but just under different circumstances.
"Higakuru-san. . ." Nooro bowed her head as a sign of respect for the woman in her 30's.
Chiro let out a heartful laughter, "Oh Nooro, just as politely as always. Don't mind me dear, you must be on your way now. Don't wanna be late now"
Nooro raised her head, a faint smile on her lips as she once again dipped her head down in respect, "You're right Higakuru-san. I'll get going now"
Waving the woman goodbye, Nooro continued on her way to the Academy. Her misty blue eyes gazing at the Villagers in mild curiosity behind her round spectacles.
"It seems Obaa-san has fallen ill again."
"--Buy two, take one free!"
"Have you heard? That boy become a Shinobi"
"What was the Hokage thinking?"
Nooro tilted her head to the side when she overheard a conversation about her blonde classmate. Disapproval written all over her faces when she heard all the hateful comments about Naruto.
She really should just go on her way and ignore them, but it's all on bad habit honestly.
Nooro's quite nosey, believe it or not.
But for now, she left all the remarks aside and headed to school. Not feeling the need to peak up if they were just going to talk bad about the blonde all day. Instead, Nooro turned a deaf ear and quickly walked away.
How annoying. The girl felt a twig of relief as she escaped the loud chatters she had long since grew fond of, but doesn't mean she exactly find it peaceful to hear people gossip 24/7.
And finally, her eyes landed upon the familiar tall building of the Ninja Academy. Nooro spared the building a glance before making her way in, speeding past all the classrooms whiles heading for her own.
The girl halted suddenly, feeling the hallway rumble slightly as if an earthquake was happening.
Nooro snapped her head back and hastily backed up to the wall, just as Ino and Sakura zoomed past her in record speed. Pushing each other's shoulder while glaring at one another.
A rush of wind flew past her, Nooro watches as her two classmates ran down the corridor with the wind flying past them because of the speed they were going at.
". . . . .Alright then"
Nooro brushed off the dust on her clothes before going back to her posture, a single sweat dropping from her temple as she followed after her two classmates.

"As for today, you all have become full-fledged Ninjas. However, you're still Genins, the tough parts' still to come!" Nooro listened idly, eyes gazing straight forward, where her teacher with a rather proud look on his face.
Maybe because almost the entire class was present, meaning not a single students failed the test.
Damn right was he proud.
"From here on, you'll be separated into squads of three. And carry out your mission under your Jounin teachers" Now, that made Nooro sat up in her seat, looking interested all of a sudden.
Squads of three hm? I just hope my teammates would at least be tolerable, Nooro place her cheek against her palm as she sighed.
"I wonder who's going to be grouped with Sasuke-kun" Nooro heard Ino taunt beside her, knowing very well who she sended the taunt to.
"I don't know" Sakura said curtly, before turning around to glare at Ino.
Nooro, an unfortunate bystander spared a glance at the two, looking away in discomfort of the intense rivalry between the two, "The groups have been determined so that the strengths of the groups will be balanced"
Iruka looked down at the stacks of paper in his hands, "Now, for the assignments."
"Team 1, Naori Muira, Denki Aiko. . . . . ." And the list goes on. Nooro zoned out on most of it, until she heard her name being called. Unconsciously, the girl held her breath as Iruka listened the names of her teammates.
"--Group Seven.....Hashinoru Nooro, Uzumaki Naruto-"
Naruto cocked his head, looking around to spot his female teammate, only to realise she sat behind him the whole time. Although disappointed that he wasn't in the same group as Sakura, but at least Nooro was pretty and cool too!
"Uchiha Sasuke.." Nooro felt the color drain from her face, "And finally, Sakura Haruno"
Naruto burst into cheers as Nooro released the biggest sigh of relief she could master out. Sakura squealed in delight, mentally jumping up and down in joy.
The pinknette turned around, throwing up a peace sign at Ino who looked livid.
She also gave Nooro a glance before turning away, causing the brunette to cock a brow.
Sakura didn't know the girl personally, and didn't quite know how to feel about being in the same group as her. Nooro was mostly quiet, she does well in class and doesn't seem to show any interest in Sasuke. So, perhaps Sakura can tolerate her a little.
"Iruka-Sensei, I have a question. . ." Nooro raised a hand, her face blank as usual.
"Yes Nooro?" The man looked up with a polite smile, urging her to go on.
"Didn't you say we were to be seperated into groups of three?" Iruka blinked before looking at his papers, a sheepish look crossed his face as he looked back up.
"Did I? Ah, I must have forgotten to tell you guys then" The man cleared his throat.
"Since we have an uneven amount of Genins this year, one of the Jounin's volunteered to take in four students. I hope there's won't be any problem with that?" Iruke raised a brow in anticipation, and seeing Nooro shake her head he happily went back to his task at hand.
"Well then, if anyone else doesn't have any questions, let's move onto Group Eight. ."
Nooro looked down and internally sighed, At least I know Sakura would be cooperative, but. . .
She looked at Sasuke and Naruto with a defeated look, Those two on the other hand, are a real piece of work.

"He's late"
Nooro broke her gaze out the window and towards Norute, who was still poking his head out the door. 3 hours passed, and still no signs of their teacher anywhere.
The Genins were starting to get restless.
Nooro sighed, resting her head against the wooden table. She has been sitting on the ground for the past three hours, her patience was running out by the minute and she was bored out of her mind.
"Naruto! Stay still." Sakura scolded beside her.
They were the only ones left, the rest of their classmates had already left with their own Jounin teachers, and even Iruka-Sensei left the classroom to attend some other errands. "Why's it that only our squad's teacher is late?" Naruto complained, looking at Sakura as if she knew why.
"Well, don't look at me. . " The brunette blinked, feeling her eyes getting a little dry. All this waiting is making me tired.
"Hey, what're you doing, Naruto?!" Came Sakura's voice, making Nooro look over, only to see Naruto suddenly standing on top of a chair, placing an chalk eraser in-between the door.
"Hey!" Sakura stomped over, hands on her hi.
"It'll be his fault since he's the one who's late!" Naruto turned, hoping off of the chair with a mischief grin.
"Man, you're asking for it!" Sakura stared with disapproval, hands on her hip while skillfully hiding the giddiness in her stomach.
"A Jounin wouldn't get caught in such a weak booby trap.." Sasuke stated, still staring up front, not even sparing them a glance.
Sakura, being the fangirl she was, agreed rather quickly, "That's right, you're such an idiot!"
But right after Sakura spoke, a gloved hand gripped the door, seizing the Genins attention almost immediately. A tuff of silver grey hair came into view before--
POOF --
The three watched with mild looks of disbelief when the eraser fell, hitting the man's head dead center, then proceeding to fall onto the ground with a single thud.
"....." The silence was so loud it woke Nooro up from her nap on the floor.
"Pfft--HAHAHA" Naruto burst out laughing, pointing a finger at the man mockingly, "I got him, I got him!!"
Nooro cocked a brow at the man who still had dust in his white hair. The brunette felt a brick of disappointment and disbelief as she hosted herself up to her feet. Patting down on her clothes before making her way to stand beside Sakura and Naruto.
Her eyes sizing up the Jounin's appearance before stopping at his almost covered face, the only thing visible was his right eye, his left being covered by his forehead protector that was tilted down.
The man hummed, then place a finger to his chin "How can I put this? As for my first impression of you guys?"
The Genins perked up at this.
"Well, I hate you." I would too
────── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ─────
"Let's see. First off, let me have you guys introduce yourselves."
Nooro felt the wind blow against her face as she faced the Jounin leaning against the railing, A sudden thought of him falling to his death flashed into her mind but the thought was quickly waved away by the girl.
"Introduce ourselves?...What should we say?" Sakura was the first to speak up among the four of them, sitting beside the other female in the group with her legs pulled close to her chest.
"Your likes, dislikes, your future dreams, hobbies. Thing's like that!" The man listed, folding his arms above his chest.
Nooro debated for a brief second before opening her mouth, "You should go first Sensei. Oldest to youngest and all"
The silver haired man hummed, "Me? Well, my name's Hatake Kakashi. I don't feel like telling you guys about my likes and dislikes."
Perplexed, Nooro blinked with her head tilted to the side while both Sakura and Naruto let out hum's of confusion. "I've never thought about my future dream, as for my hobbies...I have many"
With a hint of annoyance laced in her tone, Sakura whispered to her three teammates, "In the end, isn't all we know is his name?"
Nooro pressed her lips together as she stared at the man. Unamused,
"Well, your turn now." Kakashi pointed a finger directly at the brunette. Nooro's body tensed a little before clearing her throat quietly.
"Hashinoru Nooro. I don't particularly like or dislike anything but my hobby would be training and painting." She noted how everyone seemed like they didn't expect the last part.
"And as for my future dream? Simple." Nooro rested her cheek against her knuckles, feeling another gust of wind breeze by, "I plan to strengthened my skills as much as I can and protect my father's legacy"
The rest of the team went silence, Sakura and Naruto looked at their comrade, with newfound curiosity, and even Sasuke glanced at her with a mild look of interest. The Jounin on the other hand, hummed to himself.
Just for his Legacy? The man narrowed his eyes for a split second before returning back t his stoic look.
Kakashi then cut in, resuming back to the task at hand "Now, moving on. You, with the whiskers"
Naruto perked up, his demeanor changing into one of excitement, "My name's Uzumaki Naruto! I like instant ramen, but what I like even more is the ramen from Ichiraku that Iruka-Sensei treats me to. What I dislike is the three minute wait after pouring the hot water in the instant ramen"
"My hobby is eating and comparing ramen. And my future dream..." A face of determination washed over the boy's face, "Is to surpass the Hokage! And so, I'm going to get everyone in the Village to acknowledge my existence!"
Kakashi's eye widen briefly before going back to its half-lidded position. Nooro remains the unreadable expression on her face as Sakura went next with her introduction.
"I'm Haruno Sakura! What I like-- I mean! The person I like..." She stole a glance at Sasuke, who sat beside her, a blank look on his face before resuming back, "And, my hobby is, I mean.." She glanced at Sasuke repeatedly,Nooro deadpanned, patiently waiting for Sakura to finish whatever she was doing along with the three other males.
"And my future dream is..." Sakura suddenly squealed, rather loudly actually. Nooro looked at Sakura and blinked, looking quite done with this girl right then and there.
"And? What about your dislikes?" They could practically hear Kakashi internally sigh.
"Naruto." The blonde haired boy cried out in despair.
Girls at her age are probably more interested in love than The Ninja Arts.....though maybe not Nooro. She seems more focused on training than boys, Kakashi thought, before moving on to the next and last person, "And lastly."
Their eyes trailed towards the emo looking male.
"My name's. . . . Uchiha Sasuke. I have lots of dislikes, but no likes in particular." Nooro hummed, head nodding slightly in agreement. "And...I don't feel like summing up my ambition just as a dream, but I do have an ambition."
Nooro suddenly felt very uncomfortable with the atmosphere "The ambition to restore my clan and without a fail...to kill a certain man."
Nooro's brows shot up slowly, a look of surprise washing over her face for a split second before returning back to its stoic look. A loud, uncomfortable silence filled the air was the words of the Uchiha hung in their minds.
"Well!" The white haired Jounin exclaimed, successfully catching their attention, "The four of you are very distinctive and interesting in deed!"
"We'll have a mission tomorrow" Naruto whipped around to face Kakashi, a look of excitement on his face, "OH OH! What kind of mission?"
"First, we'll do what we can do with just five people."
"What? What? What?!" Nooro gave Naruto a look of mild annoyance, before turning away with a sigh. So loud, too eager.
