The two were seated at a table close to the entrance of the restaurant that was across the street. Liliana had asked him what he'd want but he told her he'd have whatever she had. So, she ordered pork chops and mashed potatoes.
For some weird reason, while waiting for the waiter, Andrew excused himself and came back a few minutes before the waiter served them. The dinner was going smoothly when he brought up the topic.
"To be honest with you Andrew, I don't feel. . .how should I say this?" She let out a sigh of frustration and she chewed a piece of pork. "I don't like you." She blurted out.
Andrew acted surprised which he wasn't, he knew Tristan was the only one she sees and felt safe with but soon he'd ruin that relationship. He heaved a sigh to get her affection but Liliana offered none. "I don't know what to say, it's really unexpected but I think I have to accept that." He said with a genuine expression.
