[Quest: First blood! (Part 1)
Win your first battle against the goblin trio Reward:1 skill point 3 stat points]
After I finished reading the message, I hopped to my feet, grabbing the spear and backing away from the center of the room. The light flashed and 3 goblins appeared.
The three goblins were about 1.4 (4'5) meters tall. Their skin had a striking resemblance to pickles, as both the color and warts that were spread on their skin made the two seem like distant cousins. They had sharp, elf-like ears and pointy noses. That along with their dirty leather loincloth and lengthy, skinny arms made them quite disturbing to look at.
"Grruh?" The goblins looked around curiously. It would've been cute if not for the wooden clubs they each held.
"Gah!" One of the three spotted me and alerted the group. I nicknamed him piggy for his abnormally large stomach. The trio rushed at me, flailing their slender arms in the air as they ran messily. I sprinted away, trying to get my thoughts together. This created a weird scene where a young man was going in circles with a pack of goblins a few meters behind him.
'Should i... kill them?' It seemed like the only way to finish the quest. Besides, don't they want to kill me? I should kill them. I continued comforting myself as I grinded to a halt. The goblins behind me also stopped.
"Grah!!" Piggy cried out and one of the goblins raced towards me. I lowered my spear so the tip of the spear was hanging slightly above the ground. With spirit coursing through my right arm, I slashed at the goblin. The goblins' lower body stopped and its upper body slid forward.
THUD!
I continued past the goblins carcass, not paying any mind to its gargled breaths as it drowned in its own blood.
The second goon came towards me, paying more mind to my movements. I swung the spear that was dangling by my side. Just like before, the goblin was unable to react as his head fell off.
Piggy, the last goblin left, turned around and attempted to run away. I moved my spirit into my legs and pushed my foot off the ground.
BAM!
It resulted in me flying forward, over shooting the goblin. I stood in front of the goblin, getting into form. Piggy, unable to stop in time, got into range with what I would assume is a shocked expression.
I thrust the spear into the goblin's face, sending the spear to the ground behind him. I saw his head explode into a gutty mess as he slid down the spear, hitting the now crimson ground, soiled with his own blood.
I took a step back and fell to the ground. Blood. The amount of blood splattered everywhere was overwhelming and I finally got a good look at the other two bodies.
The first goblin I killed was sprawled on the floor with its upper and lower half connected with nothing but his entrails. The second goblin transformed into a fountain of blood, as he was still leaking blood onto the stone floor.
I stared at this scene for a while. After a while, I even went up to the beheaded goblin.
"I feel... nothing?" I realized the truth of the matter and laughed. I laughed for a long while until I couldn't laugh anymore.
"I guess nothing's wrong with me killing now." I sat up and poured some water on my hands and my face.
"Now, what's next?" I went to the quest tab.

I claimed my reward and bought the spirit aura skill. The change was immediate as I focused my spirit on my arm. The aura appeared as grey flames and they got darker the more condensed the spirit was. The darkest I could get it with my current amount of spirit was dark grey around my finger. I spread the spirit to my hand again, this time moving the aura towards my finger. The spirit in my body stayed around my hand, while the aura went towards my index finger. I willed it to form a claw at the end of my finger. As a test, I moved the claw over the ground lightly. In its wake, a scratch about an inch deep was left.
'wow.' I had a couple of more tests I wanted to perform but before I could, a quest came in.

Win a battle against a troll

"GRAAHHH" I looked up from the screen hastily as I heard the guttural roar. A 4 meter (13') giant was standing under the skylight, almost reaching the roof. It had ash-grey skin and bulging muscles spread over its body. It looked at me with rage as it rushed over. I sprang up from my seated position and reached over to my spear. Before I could grab it however, a punch flew towards me.
'How fast!' I was forced to jump back instead. BAM!
The ground where I was sitting moments prior, was reduced to rubble. A cloud of dust spread throughout the room, blinding everyone's sight.
'Now's my chance.' I slowly walked over to my prior position, spirit on my legs just in case I needed to leave quickly.
'Found you!' I lunged at the teal spear. As if that was a cue, the troll let out another roar and punched the air.
SWOOOSH!
The dust cloud cleared and I realized that the troll was right above me. I powered my arms with aura and swiped at his foot.
Sliit
The sound of flesh being cut was heard and the troll let out a cry of pain. There was a deep wound on its right ankle.
'What the fuck?!' The troll's wound was getting healed at a visible pace, scaring the shit out of me. In that second of confusion, the troll took advantage and kicked me to the side.
Bam!
A dull explosion rang out and I was sent across the room. The spirit that I concentrated around my torso saved me from the brunt of the damage but...
"Blargh... Blargh!" I puked out two mouthfuls of
blood and the troll stomped towards me. I dragged myself up with my spear in hand.
I focused a little spirit on my lower body and the rest went onto my spear. The aura transformed the tip of the spear into a blade. I leaned forward, bending my knees. I held my spear behind me with my right arm.
Boom!
I was sent forward. The troll, just like the goblin from earlier, was caught by surprise as I went under its legs. Now behind the goblin, I cut at both of his ankles.
GURAHHHHH!
The troll let out a terrible scream as it fell helplessly to its knees, swinging its arms at an attempt to hit me. I put more spirit into my legs and hopped on to it's shoulders.
'I only have enough for one hit.' Looking at the spirit I used sparingly, I realized that I should practice conservation over longer fights. Standing atop the left shoulder of the troll. I condensed the grey flame into the tip of the spear, further boosting its incredible attack power. I tightened my core, put my left foot in front of me, and got a grip on my spear.

[Ping!]
"Now" Sitting atop of the troll's corpse, I went to my skill tree tab. "What skills are there now?"
