Looking at the carcass before me I can't help but think it resembles a dry grape.
I've 'parasited' the spider to the point it no longer has enough water or nutrients to sustain itself.
Although what happened to my areole is a pity, it's not like a plant can't deal with a little pruning.
Besides, after fully 'parasiting' on the spider... One of the 3 possible evolution I liked just unlocked.
