I started by penetrating his other side with another one of my spikes.
I did this in order to make sure he's got no way to escape backwards.
He naturally reacted quite badly to it, and started trashing about.
He probably though I was already dead since I purposely stopped moving once the poison entered me.
To bad for him, I'm not.
Once my spikes were well lodged inside of him, I started sending my aura into them.
My aura is very concentrated so it made quick work of his.
This is due to my aura training. If my body can usually only hold up to 100 units of aura, due to training I have about 250 units.
The only bad thing about this, is that once my aura is done 'parasiting' him and I retract it to my body, I'll only have 100 units against.
This is because it'll dilute and spread out once it starts fighting against the one inside of him.
Of course that'll only be a mild inconvenience, my control over my aura will remain the same and with the level of my skill, it'll be easy to recover from this loss.
*shriek*
I'm happy I capture sounds with magic instead of ears like other organisms because this shrill noise would otherwise hurt my ears.
Hmm.. Oh, would you look at that?
I forgot spiders had an open circulatory system.
Because it's a open circulatory system I don't need to bother with spreading my aura through their body.
I can just throw it everywhere and the spiders will pump it into every organ of its body.
This will save a lot of time! I originally though it'll take me days in order to 'parasite' his body.
But now I'm starting to think it will only take about one hour and seeing as the spiders is getting both thinner and smaller...
It'll probably not survive till then, once it no longer has enough nutrients or fluids to keep on living it'll be a peace of cake to end it.
-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_
Argh!...what is this!?
I looked to my areoles and noticed that the poison was almost on my steam.
I was focusing on surrounding the spider with my roots so I didn't even noticed it!
It's not like I can't feel pain, it's just that Its pretty dull compared to the one I felt while human.
So there's no way I wouldn't be able to notice when this poison has spread this far... Is this poison messing with my senses?
I looked at the spider and noticed he is still pumping poison into me.
Hmm... Yeah, this is getting dangerous.
At the rate that guy is pumping poison mana into me if things got left alone I'd die from the poison even if I killed him.
I started pushing my wind mana around his claws effectively making a barrier between them and me.
With this, all the mana he's sending my way will just slide off.
Seeing as how he keeps on pumping mana, my theory about him only being able to use mana by instinct must be right.
Now all that's left is to get rid of the poison inside of me... Hmm.
This poison is stronger than I initially expected. So Im not to sure how to procide now.
I can use my aura and mana to push it out of me, but that'll only slow down my 'parasitism'.
It's not like I'm on a hurry, but I'm afraid that the spider might use some kind of skill to escape, once it get some form of leeway.
I could always cut my areole off, now that he is surrounded by my roots there's and weakened by my aura, he probably doesn't have enough strength to escape.
Besides even if I cut my areole off his claws would still be stuck on it.
Hmm... Alright I'll do just that.
Spine-zooka won't do, all it would do is perfurate through my areole, I need something that can slash through me.
*boom*
*boom*
*boom*
.....
I shot a big spike at the ground which I them proceeded to shot smaller instant spikes at.
Once this spike locked like a saw blade, a main in body with a lot of spike coming out of it, I lifted it up by surrounding it with my wind mana.
Afterwards I rotated it at the highest speed I could which, when paired up with the lesser air resistance provided by my magic, was quite fast.
Once it reached peak velocity I trew it at my areole.
While 'spike-blade', as i'll call it from now on, can't fully get through the spiders chitin the way my spike-zooka can, it is more than enough to cut through my epidermis .
*splash*
I'd already taken all the nutrients and water I could before cutting it, but it still leaked a liquid once it was cut off.
The only problem is that this liquid is raimbow colored... And remindes me a lot about the one I saw when I was flying here.
Does that mean that the poison rivers coursing through this islands are actually poison mana instead of normal poison?
Now that I think about it, the only reason I can think of that explain the floating island and rivers is an evolved form of wind magic called gravity magic.
No wonder this island is full of poison and wind mana, it's literally made out of that shit.
The question now is... Who made it? I know it couldn't have been the heavenly spider.
After all the only reason it even showed up here back when this was a continent, is this mana.
If course this could be a natural fenomena as well.
