Harlow's pov:
Dear dairy,
It's been quite sometime. I am shocked that I can withstand a company of stranger for this long. Well the old me is long gone. This version of me is more patient, stronger than before. The life with these people had changed me. Sudden involvement of mythical creatures brought a change in my perspective of life. I've been living in the pack house these month. I have great company here. I spend time with Pheobe and since I can't go to gym I started training with werewolves. By staying here I think I might forget my name cause every one here calls me Luna except Pheobe and someone. Coming to that someone I've grown fond of him. Well we are kind of a couple now. He is very caring. He told me about the dangers of being mated to a werewolf. He is my trainer now. He told me how important it is to protect myself in case of any danger. I was already into fighting and boyish things. So this is not much problem to me. I am able to take down warrior. I feel proud of this because a human can't even stand a punch of a normal werewolf but I can take down a well trained warrior. I've learnt many things about this new world that I've stepped in. Another thing about werewolves is they take mates very seriously. He is very possessive about me. He doesn't even allow me to train with anyone other than him. He is very understanding. I've got to know that in werewolves things between mates goes too fast unlike humans. But as this is new to me he is giving me time to process this. I've also got to know that human mates are very rare but in his pack itself 2 of the werewolves have human mates him and Zayn. I've grown pretty close with the guys too. Zayn and Jax are the next in command after Edmond. People here started treating me like their own family. I am happy now.
With that I close my dairy and placed it under my pillow. These past 3 months are like very special. But everyday I think about Eliana. After my escape the security of the Dark Wood pack has been increased. The most shocking thing that I've known is Elon is a werewolf. Like I couldn't believe it when Edmond told me that. Like he knows that he has a mate waiting out there for him then why did he use Ivy? It's very wrong. Mates are very valuble in werewolf world werewolves never do relationships, they just stay loyal to their mates even before finding them. I sill don't know what was wrong with Elon for doing such cruel thing. But I got to know that main aim of Edmond's pack is to take down Elon's. But he is very powerful and we also need to find a way to bring Eliana here.
With that I close my dairy and placed it under my pillow. Today is my break day. I am allowed to spend my time doing whatever I want. So I decided to something humanishhh. I wanna go shopping. It's been so long since that happened. One more thing I don't wanna go shopping here. These malls are very boring. I wanna do something interesting so I am going shopping somewhere far cause why not I have all day to me. The thing is Edmond doesn't know about that. He was thinking that I am gonna stay in the city. As usual he is sending someone to look after me. Good thing that someone is Pheobe my crime partner. Her situation is worse cause she doesn't train. She is not into fighting and all that physical stuff. So Zayn is a lot more protective of her since she couldn't defend herself.
I got up from my bed and got dressed for my adventure. I started walking towards Pheobe's room. Everyone on the way greeted me with a 'good morning'. I replied them and made my way into Pheobe's room.
"Heyy , ready girl??" I asked her. She got dressed for the day and was sitting on the bed.
"Nothing's gonna happen right?" she asked me.
"Ohh, Pheobe come on don't be a mood killer. It's been so long since we went out. Please. Besides I know how to fight I can take down and we are taking weapons too. I can protect you" I told her.
She stood up with a smile and we both started walking outside. On the way out I took my gun and fixed in in my gun strap. I made my way into the living room. I hope I don't run into Edmond cause he can read me by looking into my eyes. But luck was not on my side and not on Pheobe's side either. There came Edmond and Zayn from their morning workout. They looked at us and Edmond started making way towards me while Zayn is going towards Pheobe. I hope she doesn't blow the cover.
Edmond came close to me like so close.
"Where are you going?" he asked me.
"What? You told me that I could take a day off. I am going shopping" I said.
"With Pheobe?" he asked with a raised eyebrow.
I nodded my head. Then he came much closer to me and bent down. He whispered in my ear
"I hope you are not planning anything stupid"
There is a hidden warning in his tone.
"O-ok" I said.
"I am telling you again Harlow" It's like he knew my plan.
"Stopppp. I am not gonna do anything" I said.
"Ok" he said he kissed my cheek and said "Stay safe. Have a nice day. Keep your phone by our side all the time. I'm gonna call you once in every 2 hours"
"Ok" I said and moved away from him. Pheobe had finished talking with Zayn and was waiting for me.
I looked back to see Edmond looking at me. His look is making me feel like cancelling the plans but I want this so bad. I gave him a smile and started walking outside with Pheobe.
