Harlow's pov:
I started driving the car with Pheobe beside me. I put on some music to ease the tension in us. We started loosing up and we are having fun on the road trip. I don't know how long we kept driving but we eventually stopped driving. We came across a city then we took a turn and went inside the city.
This place is beautiful like it's not too much of a city but the climate the people everything is nice. So far Edmond and Zayn didn't suspect anything. Edmond had called me twice and I told him that we are fine. We didn't go much far just a 4 hr ride or something. We are having much fun.
"Hey Pheobe, let's go and eat something I'm hungry."
"Yaaa"
She said and we made our way to the food court. Today was so much fun. I feel great but my happiness didn't stay longer. I saw some guys carrying something very harmful to wolf. Silver. Silver is the thing which could kill a werewolf and I saw a man loading them into his gun. Then I looked around to find who he was about to kill. Everyone here is looking like normal humans until I saw someone. I was taught how to differentiate between a human and a werewolf. I saw a man he is looking like a werewolf. He is a werewolf and very strong one. I can tell it there are some people behind him but no one noticed the guy with the gun.
I took a tissue from my table and wrote 'Man with a gun of silver bullets, watch out'. I stood up from my place slowly not to alert that man. Now all the werewolf looking guys are sitting in a table I slowly waked past them and threw the tissue down. I tapped the most intimidating man in the group and said
"Sir I think you have dropped something" I told him.
"I don't think so miss you have mistaken me for someone"
Woah I didn't expect him to be this polite. He is looking like someone who doesn't know what being polite means.
I picked up the tissue and placed it in his hand.
"Sir it's yours"
I said and didn't bother listening to him. I went back to my seat.
"Where did you go?" Pheobe asked me. I told her about what happened a while ago.
"Why did you do it Harlow? We just came to take a day off, that too without our mates knowing about this. We have to go out of here"
"Hey cool down, I just wanted to save him he seemed like a good person" I said.
"No Harlow , we are gonna finish the food and the next second we will be on our way home.That's it" she said.
"Okay" I said with a pout.
We finished our food and made our way to the car. I didn't see any of those men again or the man with the gun.
Me and Pheobe are in the car making our way back to home. I am actually quite tired. We had lot of fun. We bought many things and laughed and had lof of fun. I've received some shouting from Pheobe for helping that man apart from that our car ride was beautiful. When we were about to make a turn I got a call from Edmond. I picked up the call and Pheobe is driving.
(In the phone call)
'Hey'
'Hii , Harlow where are you?'
'Umm... In the mall. We just had lunch and we are just buying some things' I don't know if he believed me or not.
'Are you ok?' he asked me.
'Yaaa I'm alright'
'Harlow, I don't know why but I feel something If anything happens call me immediately'
'Edmond don't worry I'll be alright.......Pheobe watch out' ----
The line goes dead.
I had dropped my phone somewhere in the car. There are like a 20 werewolves in front of our car blocking our way and there are about 10 men who I think are also werewolves but in human form. I recognize of them. They are the people who I helped in the restaurant I don't know what's wrong.
"Stay inside" I told Pheobe.
"Are you crazy? You are gonna go out there?" she shouted at me.
"I've helped them, they won't harm me."
"Stop it Harlow. I won't allow you to go out there alone that's dangerous."
"Do you have any other idea?"
She stayed calm.
"Let me handle this."
I said and walked out of the car.
I don't know from where this brave Harlow is coming from. I walked straight towards the man to whom I gave the tissue to.
"What do you need?" I asked him.
"How do you know about us?" He asked me.
" It is none of our business. I saved you and this is how you repay me. Let us go we have somewhere to be."
"We need to ask you some questions. We won't harm you just come with us, we will let you go after making sure you are not a human assassin."
I thought about it sometime. They won't let me go even if I wanted to. So I have no option than to go with them. I turned towards my car.
"I need to talk to her." I asked them.
"No sending signals. You have to come like this" he said.
I have no other option than to go with them. I gave a look to Pheobe who is in the drivers seat. I hope she understands and doesn't do anything stupid like calling Edmond.
They are taking me somewhere. So far their hospitality is good. They treated me well. The person who I think is the Alpha seemed nice. He is the only one who I have been talking to. Soon we reached their pack. The atmosphere is nice. The chilly climate mixed with the sounds of children was very homely. I have to know the Alphas name yet.
"Let's talk in my office." he said and showed me the way to his office.
Both of us entered is office and I was asked to sit in a chair and I sat there.
"Before you ask me anything can I ask you something?" I asked.
"Sure" he said.
"What's your name?"
"It's Hen.."
And the office door opened.
