"Are you alright?" She asked
Zeronis didn't notice he had been silent for a moment while he had his phone on his ear. "Yeah.
"Are you sure? You don't sound alright." She said.
"No. I'm just a little busy." he said.
"Busy? Then why are you calling me?"
"I missed you." He confessed. "I didn't properly see you off before I left."
"You got angry." she pointed out.
"I know. I'm an asshole."
"Sometimes." Maria agreed in a heartbeat. Zeronis finally chuckled before he started the car.
"Where are you? How did it go?" She asked.
Zeronis started the car and out on an audio receiver on his left ear. If he should be anywhere right now, it should be beside her.
"Nothing much. Just a couple of bruises here and there." He said, not really wanting to tell her about an unsuspecting woman that Takuna's men kidnapped. He felt bad about that certain woman who was killed in place Maria.
