"Lotus?" one the guy inquired in gruff tone of his voice.
"Yes." Maria answered meekly.
"He's ready to see you." One guy said.
Maria then found herself being escorted out her room towards the elevator. She had no idea why her heart was beating so fast insider her chest. Maybe it was due to the champagne she had a while ago.
In the elevator, she saw in the mirror the three big guys were standing behind her. One guy even checked her out secretly. It was obvious that those weren't local in the area. She ignored them when they were openly talking degrading things about her in mandarin language.
Maria scoffed in secret, understanding every words they said about her. Things like;
'She's going get ripped later by boss.'
'D'you think I can have my way on her after the boss?'
'Bro, let's fall in line. Look at that ass.'
