"Please keep this thing between us. I didn't show myself to you girls today because I don't you to be worried. Evaluation is tomorrow and you should be in optimal condition to succeed." I explained.
"Optimal my ass. Did you fight with Hunter? I saw him today at the chief's office." Kanali said.
I sighed and just nodded.
"That bastard. Who did he think he is? He'll have a piece of my thought." Kanali said in griped hard on my sunglasses.
"Hey, you gonna break it." I chuckled and snatched it away from him. I have no idea that talking to Kanali can make my chest feel a little lighter. She was really loyal to her friends and would fight anyone for them even if it was a losing battle.
"Stop. It's alright. I got this. I just need a little time to construct my thoughts before facing him again. My apology attempt this morning was a fail. So, I'm gonna do it again with finesse." I said.
