Like previously mentioned, multiple times, in fact, the F-35 couldn't be shot down by conventional means. It's not like the F-117 back then was shot down because the Soviet-era radars were capable of detecting it. The missile operators were just skillful enough to fire the missile before the radar warning system of the fighter bomber turned on and the pilot detected it.
