Norman thought he was getting close to Daisy and started waiting for her 'openly' in the NRTE underground parking garage. Of course, he was afraid to do anything out of the ordinary. After all, his fiancee at home was not to be messed with. If he pissed her off, he wouldn't be able to handle it.
But as long as he could get Daisy and make her his lover, he was willing to pay any price.
