"From the carvings on the stele outside this temple, we can see that there was a long-standing conflict between Ancient Egypt and the southern Nubians," Leonard Ethan said to the attendees in the auditorium after he finished reading the contents of the stele.

"We can deduce from the lines etched on this stele the importance of the southern fortress, and it also reveals one of the Pharaoh's major duties: to guard the borders while continuously expanding them."

"Moreover, from another stele in the same temple, we find records of the achievements of another Pharaoh during his reign, from which we can glean even more information," Leonard continued, switching to another stele with the projector.

"This is an account related to the Pharaoh's time building large projects, and these records show us that the southern fortress was a very important facility for Ancient Egypt."
