"Finally, we've arrived." After a white off-road vehicle stopped, Leonard Ethan was the first to jump off the passenger seat and muttered under his breath.
Although the car could barely pass through some places, the road conditions were really bad in many areas, forcing them to get out of the car from time to time to clear the obstacles.
Even worse, the overall road condition was just as terrible. It felt like they had been through a one-hour mixer after traveling on it.
"There's no other way. This is just what it's like here." Joan got off the passenger seat and laughed. "It's still better than carrying a backpack and trekking through a tropical rainforest."
The last part of the journey required them to walk. Fortunately, it took Leonard and the others less than ten minutes to arrive at their destination.
