"No problem." Leonard nodded slightly as he glanced through the windshield at the road ahead and quickly focused his energy on the Blood Manipulation (SR) card in his hand.
The planned attack point and target were about 70 meters apart, separated by two buildings. With current human capabilities, it was virtually impossible to launch an attack or lock onto the target using only manpower.
Truth be told, even Leonard himself couldn't manage such a long-range attack if it weren't for Raven acting as an intermediary, enabling him to perform seemingly miraculous assaults.
