The "Voice of Central Asia (R)" is indeed a very practical card, and can be considered an important gain from Leonard Ethan's journey to Central Asia. Even if it was the only card he got from the trip, it would've been worth it.
However, compared to another card, this one doesn't seem so extraordinary. Whether in terms of usefulness or the level of mystery, the card marked "Pegasus Summon (SR)" is clearly a level higher.
